aren't they already ousted? couple of notices in last few days with resignations and new appointments. they even got rid of the drilling contractor.
one way to look at it is things are going badly, other way is that they're really trying to move things forward. Hard to read unless they come out with a presentation or something, I cant work out where they are at.
