If you think there is a billion dollars there, you should take the company over and take it private. You seem to be the only person on the globe with this incredible insight. It shouldn't be hard to raise $11M with in-situ collateral of $1000 000 000.
In the meantime, if there is a corporate suiter for Helix, dont expect too many favours. The likes of the other companies in the vicinity would simply pick the few bones clean and leave the dried carcass lying in the hot Cobar landscape.
