An EGM and a forced displacement of Directors is not a desired direction for any company and I don't believe it appropriate here yet either but they sure do test the limits at times.

If it came to the sad realisation that an EGM and a Board spill was required to preserve shareholder capital and provide a return better than leaving the money in a zero risk government bond and someone initiated this then yes I would most probably support it with the proxies I have control of but that would only be after trying to encourage a more graceful resolve and offering a graceful exit to those targeted and having those alternative avenues exhausted first. I cannot disclose how many proxies I have for legal reasons but combined they do not amount to being in the Top 20 shareholders and do include some family members.
