What we have just seen is boardroom politics at its very best, with the KEY management team putting the Requisitioning Shareholders in a no win position. The 9% support is probably closer to 1-2% after the recent meeting.

Obviously TE was not comfortable with the proposal put forward, and wanted to ensure that KEY had the right people calling the shots after he left.

I am not surprised JA rejected the offer...........

At the end of the day, the KEY board will still retain O&G experience which is essential to our future.
