You were spot on banker, it is all over the press today - last Monday a group of small shareholders got fed up with Michael Knight and his useless Supreme Court actions and demanded the Board call an extraordinary general meeting.
Object of EGM - replace the Board with people that will focus on drilling/selling gas and making money from SGL's vast gas resources.
