you should have said 'success or failure of a construction company. are you blaming the board for the monumental stuff up that was the Desal plant tender? (read - major bid stuff up). what about Airport link? was that the board's fault? what about the middle east issues?

seems to me that the bid managers and construction managers are the ones that moved the company.... backwards.
