One of the reasons I got out of Leighton a few years ago was this Spain/Germany/LEI tie up. I didn't see it as healthy in the long run.
The other reasons were 1. I didn't think deals in the ME were reliable and 2. I wanted to get out before the sp collapsed completely and I was right about that.
