Sinic I totally agree with you on giving the shareholders hope but on the comment about the power play what is the point of having power if you don't know how to use it. I'm one of the original wtn holders so I had to go back a few years to look up kmc and yes crosser was on the board of kmc but shorty Ryan was the site operations guy for them as well.
Check these figures out and correct me if I'm wrong (rough estimates ,my disclaimer)

Jones joined Ntm in 2011 early while he held the Power he spent 600k in admin cost and 411k On exploration.
2012 admin was 1.213mil and exploration was 892k.
2013 admin 1.05mil exploration was 374k
2014 admin was 744k and exploration was 200k.

Total admin cost a massive $3.6mil
Exploration total cost $1.8mill

A lot of money has been spent for zero return

you can see the pattern and if this is left untouched the same pattern in my opinion will continue,the power needs to move on from Jones and Ryan.asap
