Meh, pretty sure the Chairman runs the show and always has. The Brown Sludge Bay deal was a related party transaction and the Board all quit to wash their hands of it (lucky for them!), so one can only guess the reason they are now being pushed is for the same reason. Its always sad when puppetmasters buy new puppets and they don't do what they are told.
