Im pretty sure its just for employees not directors. Directors options always need to be separately authorized each time.

Nevertheless I am not supportive of either the ESOP or options being granted to directors, given the lack of progress and the floundering share price.
The number of shares on issue is a big problem and the more that will be issued the worse it gets and prevents a significant rerate on good news.
Also i hope they dont do a consolidation this generally never works unless there is significant new news.
Im still hopeful that they can pull something out of the bag, but the more time passes the less optimistic get.
