Board compensation

Despite emailing the company last week ive not seen a sensible explanation for what this "Business Development" actually is. Perhaps they are too busy managing our only project, or something.

I flicked through all the quarterly reports and had a look at Board compensation. Shareholders will be interested to know that the Board were compensated ~$426,000 for the year, even though the share price halved. It seems that the Board is largely immune from the pain shareholders are suffering.

Perhaps amazingly, shareholders are still paying 5 Board members despite an ever decreasing scope of operations, cash balance and share price.
