    The most important word is 'encouraged' in the Board Charter. This means that things are well above board. (excuse the pun!)

    The other factor is that the Gohgate 1.3m would mean that no liability would need to be on the Nusep books. This is why Gohgate needs to be closed. (excuse the pun!)
