It's a good one to keep an eye on, firsova, for sure. NMS announced a consolidation, the share price fell- as they usually do on that kind of ANN- and it got an offer for takeover as the share price fell. It would not surprise me if something like that happened here. It also may not!

The HUB is supposed to be fully happening early next year. As for the broking side, whilst the market is down now, it won't always be so. Many other companies would love to get their hands on some $14m, you'd think. Yes, the HUB preparation has been capital-intensive, and the company has been loss-making in a significant way, but that was under prior management. Thorney has a big stake in INQ now. Loads of potential here. A turnaround story if they get it right (and stop fighting).
