Lets take a look at some interesting details:

BOA which lists tomorrow at 12 noon will be the closest listed company on the ASX to the Sirius's Nova discovery. The Company's tenement is immediately adjacent to sires and ONLY 4.5 kms away to the north. Sirius discovery lies open to the north and may continue into BOA's tenement.

Considering BOA's market cap at 20 cent will be only $8m, there could be significant upside given the market caps of neighbours Matsa Resources (MAT) & Buxton Resources (BUX).

According to Bloomberg:

MAT - Market Cap $52.66 million
BUX - Market Cap $22.61 million
BOA - Market Cap $8m (@ IPO price of 20 cents)

I should disclose, I was lucky enough to get a small allocation for the float and therefore hold an interest. I will buy more on the open.

Another interesting aspect which I believe is important, but please check this in the prospectus, is that shareholders who are on the register as at the record date for the bonus option (within 3 months of listing) will receive a 1 for 1 option to purchase new shares with a strike of 20 cents. Given the fact that many have not even been able to take part in this IPO, expect aggressive buying on the open which I feel could last a week if not more.
