Not sure if anyone noticed, but the business is now in a Safe Harbour environment. This means that directors cannot be held liable for insolvent trading - is very similar to a Chapter 11. Very significant in the context of the liquidity, CR questions that are being raised.

Question to the directors - Safe Harbour was established at exactly the time of the announcement re: BCN210. Did you know that the results were going to be unsatisfactory beforehand, and hence went into Safe Harbour?
