We all know that share prices don't reflect actual value, otherwise we wouldn't be scanning the market for value. We know that shares get mis-priced at times. If you think BNO is overpriced then don't buy them. If you think they're under-priced then try buying some so that you're rewarded if you're right. You'll find out soon enough.
