2nd this is a better outcome as now the consortium has Driver (BMZ) in the driving seat. Up until a few months ago they were a bunch of likeminded companies in a blink competition with not enough of the group putting up the required funding - expecting someone elses to pick up the tab. BMZ looks to have found a way to reignite the project.
