Do a placement and then rumours of "large scale gold systems" start circulating when the drill results are cr%p.

In terms of AAJ there was a similar "model" spruiked by AUC quite a few years ago, they called their tenements South Boddington until someone complained I believe.
The did prove up a fair bit of low grade gold, but which looks to be uneconomic.
