I agree its a bargain, if the blue stuff is actually there. Otherwise its no bargain at whatever the mix of other fundamentals. Brownfields obviously helps likelihood but I've been burnt by a "no brainer" oiler in the past smack dab in the middle of the best tenements in Texas and it couldnt pull a drip out.

I'd love to believe there is a high signal to noise ratio with BMT but there is almost no signal and also no noise whatsoever. If it was an ECG machine there would be no heartbeat showing. Doesnt mean the patient is dead, but may no evidence it isnt either.
