In my opinion through the court's dismissal of the appeal they have made it pretty clear that BMG is to be wound up. So to answer you question CAP's relationship with BMG is dead. However, this (although unlikely) would not stop Hillam individually or through another corporation attempting to join the JV. By the same token nothing is stopping Ample Source entering into a JV with CAP (which I beleive is more likely). What are you basing thoughts regarding Ample Source (Chinese Connection) on? I haven't come across any inclination that they are a "bad apple"
