Why would Atlas not want to buy back in, to increase their shareholding. Sure, they may be Pilbara based, but they are going to run into significantly higher costs and infrastructure problems, as they move South in the Pilbara, and they do not have the longevity projects like Hawsons/Braemar. It is what they need to become number 4, and stay that way.
