That was pretty much my interpetation of the sentiment from the judgement. I recall part of the judgement referring to a '3rd party' being able to acquire BMG's interest, so I am assuming this is open to anyone, including CAP??
Not sure what Hillam's next appeal will entail - TFG, others, any thoughts? Is it a stalling process to pick up the JV on the cheap?
