    Thanks TFG for your trouble.
You confirm my understanding that there is nothing substantial to Hillam's appeal. I can never understand why these things are allowed to go on and on when people's lives and life savings are involved.
I have my opinions of the sole aim of the legal profession however I had better not voice them here!

Again, when this all started Hillam was before the Courts over not settling for his apartment. Suddenly he has had millions to spend on this court case. Where did the money come from? It has to be from a substantial backer. We can rule out Conglin Yue that's sure. So who else is there?
Or is there some dodgy deal with the lawyers? If that's the case where will the $25M come from?

Hillam successfully established this deal with Nick and with ASL so he is a man of considerable persuasive talent (being polite)
Right now it just looks like Hillam doing anything and everything to prevent his house of cards falling. It really is time that this particular little charade was called and dismissed.
Our danger is that the Court keeps messing about with this. The appointment of the Liquidator is postponed as TFG supposes. Then what happens if this stuff is all still in the hands of the court as at 15th May? Can anyone move?

If that is the case, given my low opinion of what goes on in legal circles, this might go on for a long time yet. I'd be interested in your opinion on that scenario TFG?
