    Hi DS_1
I'll not spend much time analyzing this stock in depth, because I do not intend to invest in it. I would rather spend time analyzing stocks that I own or intend to own.

But I did some research in the past when I had BLY and after reading the material, 4 years ago, I decided to sell near $1 mark.

    As for your comment:
    - number of employees and the company age shall have nothing to do with CEO's remuneration; instead company profits should. Or let me put it this way: company is up to its neck in debt, is making losses year after year yet CEO earns almost $2m a year ! This is not even a 'joke' - this is unethical.
    - BLY has been making heavy losses for the past 4 years, and this one would probably be the same.
    - just browsing a few of the latest reports shows a financial mess (again: imo) and unbelievable dilution rates
    - I am truly surprised that CR brought that much money - probably people thought that 2c is a bargain price to pay
    - may be, as you say, it will reach 10c or even more - I do not know - my note was about company performance as a business , not prospective company share price performance
    - even if BLY share price climbs ten folds I would not regret not having it. I just think that the risk is too high of this company being delisted / going into administration.
    - as for your : 'a start-up mining or this company' ? My answer is : not a one but few good startups, well capitalized, with no debt.
    - btw: as a warning adequate to this stock - see what happened with FGE (Forge). Before they got delisted price was sometimes up 20-30% in a day !
    All the best for you.
