True dat. But surely the largest owner of a company gets the largest say? I know if I owned 10% of something I would hope the directors would at least consider my interests before vending in some related party asset!

I get now why you were so hellbent on keeping Doug Daws. The Chairman's role is to 'ensure the Board functions effectively' and under his tutelage they functioned perfectly, by 'effectively' removing him as Chairman (when he told them to buy his family company or else, as per the quarterly).
