Only needs a 30x share price boost and some actual share trading to occur.
"With other projects already in our backlog, we expect to largely complete installations totaling about 27 MW-DC during the first calendar quarter of 2016." This ending statement in the earlier company announcement surprised me. Something is actually being accomplished.
