Blue Sky are having their Special General Meeting tomorrow, they are voting on raising more capital and they also quite recently raised $7M. They have several acquisitions on the go at the moment.
The announcements to the Hong Kong Exchange are very confusing, but I THINK the issuing of shares for the additional capital required for the TNP project will have to be approved at this meeting.
My GUESS is that once the DD was successful, the SGM had to then be scheduled (1 months notice?) for the approval to issue the shares, and then the cash raised.
