On 28 Aug, Blue Skye finished its Due Diligence. Since that time, there has been total silence from the company about what is happening. Obviously, they missed yet another set of what were quite generous (self imposed) time lines to start drilling. No news, no updates. I'd figure management, given all the delays, would be a bit more pro-active in providing updates on the crucial drilling process/progress. Yet, all we get is more of ...nothing. My guess is, there is other stuff going on in the background that is not going according to plan (or, surely, we would have heard some positive news by now about the progress with drilling preparations). I hope the company starts treating shareholders a bit better (I am not being precious here and I am not asking for weekly updates but to expect something on crucial progress once a quarter is surely not too much to ask). Good companies keep their shareholders engaged (whether the news is good, bad or indifferent). Board, if simple courtesy/goodwill cannot tempt you to communicate, don't forget, you may need your shareholders again for future CR....if you don't communicate during the tough times, I for one may not be there when next you need more capital. Fingers crossed we will hear something, anything, soon.
