The ann. does little for mog, the real benefactor is meo because of the buckets of dough it is about to receive.
18c is the price that was paid to take up entitlements in the 1 for 1 some time ago, those who took up their entitlement saw the price drop to about 8c, traders have bought plenty from 8c to 14c, they will be taking profits now & for some time. I cannot see much appreciation in price till closer to drill time.
