They wouldn't have given the existing shareholders an opportunity to re-up as you say because I recon there is ZERO chance of Fidelity coughing up with any more $ and they wouldn't get anybody to underwrite it.
It would be the death of the company if they tried to raise more capital in a public way and it failed.
The next public capital raise will be after the half year report if they are going to do it, because that 50 mil they are getting from Oaktree will be spent by then.
