Who knows? Maybe people are starting to realise the value of the stock finally and maybe people want to have what will apparently be a nice juicy divvy. Won't do better in a bank so you might as well put it into something like this. Even if they only do a 30 cents full franked divvy it's still huge given a share price of $1.20-$1.30!!
The again it maybe another t/o for EME but I doubt as EME hasn't really done anything today?
