For a big city nothing beats large scale underground cross rail for mass transport but agree electric bus demand has been understated both for short and longer haul trips. More cities will end up banning or heavily restricting private cars (ICE and EV) in their inner cities to promote liveability and increase bus and cycle use and efficiency.
