    March 19 (Bloomberg) -- Arrow Energy Ltd. may agree as early today to a higher revised takeover offer from Royal Dutch Shell Plc and PetroChina Co., the Australian Financial Review reported in its Street Talk Column, without saying where it got the information. Shell and PetroChinas initial bid for the gas company was valued at A$3.3 billion.
