As an investor, I am extremely suspicious about the truth of published accounts these days. (I have several university degrees, and one of them is in accounting).Once this company is away in Canada as a proprietary company , anything could go on, and the poor mug investors in Australia will be even less able than at present to do anything about it.
To me, this redomiciliation looks a bit like phoenixing.
