    So what's Morici/Snowside's end game? If 'No' gets up, then what? You still have PE owning 90% of the equity and all the debt. Cynic on me says that if ownership that concentrated wants something, they'll find a way to get it. Company and minor shareholders collateral causes because these things cost money, take time and take mgt focus away.
