    I'm loath to name names on HC as its really just speculation. And when I asked them they categorically denied in fact ever having been anywhere near HC. Suffice to say that I am suggesting that to post with the knowledge and at times detail (as per the post on the merger procedure) they must be involved IMHO in some way with management of OIP and of course Holy posts extensively on ESG so they are likley to have a connection there as well, and a very good knowledge of the csg industry.
