Email response from the company on the 4 Feb 2012 :

"The BLM does not have any grounds to reject the application. In fact, I understand that they are very supportive of the Grieve project and it is simply their requirement to follow all the formal steps to approval that has delayed matters to now and of course, their limited manpower to handle the projects coming accross their desk."

Also email response from BLM on 28 Feb 2012:

"We do not have a firm completion date at this time but the work is progressing".
