wouldn't it be in both shareholders best interest for a tie up of the two...
Synergies are huge between them...
BLK has a heap of Gold at surface, cheap mining cost.
AXM has a heap of gold but 1000m below surface (to expensive to mine), although have a processing plant.
They'd be making a lot more money as a merged entity...
one re capitalisation and away they go...
