Interesting announcement . I have heard of Mr Klaus Eckhof before I believe he was behind AVZ which had a stellar run, he had also founded and been adviser to several other gold companies. Anyone else have any news or information on him ?
BLZ to acquire 100% of Everest Minerals which holds $340,000 in assets and $880,000 in cash. Everest has option to acquire 100% of ELA59/2280 for $100,000. It is a gold project located in the famous Green stone belt. Consideration for acquisition has been all in script and a further 50m option with strike price of 8 cents issued to its advisers Mr Klaus Eckhof and his team.
Its certainly very interesting that Mr Klaus Eckhof is adviser to the company and paid in options with strike of 8 cents. He probably pick up shares in the acquisition transaction but unknown if he owned any shares.
Thoughts on this ?
