I think rather than to know who is selling perhaps we should focus on why........

if we knew why, perhaps we would all be selling ....now thats scary..

You would think the seller can see the s/p wants to appreciate, so why doesn't he let it run up and drop some parcels at our feet on the way. He would be the richer for it and so would we.

Will we see another dip in s/p today ????
