Don't know about him, but DML is quite cheap for what is has, its potential, and its cash and management credentials.

CSE has fairly good prospects now Teck has withdrawn from the JV, and they are rejiggering the BFS parameters to include more lead-zinc versus copper. I'm not sure they are a screaming buy, as they seem to keep raising money hand over fist this year, but they are not bad.

AXO is probably the least overvalued iron ore producer/pre-producer.

MXR is pretty good as an explorer.

Aside from that, there aren't huge buys in the pre-producer stakes.
