Not as straight-forward as that. TTY have made their intentions clear which is a requirement. Obviously the directors are going to have a big say in this - if they get behind the offer then its all over (for what is worth they have advised DON'T SELL pending the outcome of their advisors).

Can't see why anyone would sell at the moment - obviously shareholders with significant gains at 10c are going to take some profits (falling local sharemarkets are part to blame.) TTY's timing couldn't be better.
