Well yes sort of - my point was that BPO said that there was to be an independent validation trial however this is now a questionable statement. Am I correct in thinking that a conflict of interest exists even if one could be perceived? ie by virtue that the person validating the technology is also a shareholder of the company.

So by virtue of his involvement he will have knowledge of the trial.

Regardless - I just wish they'd get the thing started.
