The sudden drop in price is merely catching up with the rest of the graphite hopefuls.
When you consider that today's volume was only 1.1mln, it's not a lot.
As for the asset sale, well at least BKT gets $200k cash plus 7mln UIL Shares, 40mln ENB Shares.
It certainly not a bad announcement.
Just that it wasn't the announcement that people were hoping.
Imho I think patience will eventually be rewarded.
