Seems like even management is having a hard time forecasting the business trajectory. It's just that much out of their hands.

If the Chinese are still in love with the product, it'll be good. If the Chinese are being slowly weaned off the Blackmores brand to another brand, it'll be bad.

I think they need to pump more money into ambassadors in China, and have a proper team in China on the ground, so they can get a better forecast. At the moment, it sounds like they're either lost, or they know what's going on but just don't want to reveal anything in case it does a u-turn (China's just that fickle-minded).
