One of my favourite LICs for a long-term hold (if purchased at the right price, which for me would be 10%+ discount to NTA - preferably 15%).

* market cap is getting to a level that is of more interest;
* reasonable long-term investment performance;
* very low fee for a more recent LIC - essentially close to the "biggies" of below 0.5% and going lower (fee structure is important for me);

Like I said, more for the long-term at the right price rather than a trade, but if that's the market you're looking for would be worth considering.
