But what really gets me is that TA then just keeps going and incorporates all these discontinuities into its past data as if there was some logical connected reason for them.

you dont believe in TA.....and you trade bitcoin right now?.....you are cactus......its more complex than forex atm the most technically demanding trading on the planet......and that folks is why retail will eventually be burnt....
