Volatility is the life blood of trading and BTC provides a vehicle especially for technical focused traders.
Regulators banning or limiting crypto trading and with BTC entering the futures market via the CME in the long run should reduce volatility but is this good or bad for trading?
The transition in 1971 to Fiat currencies produced its fair share of angst, having a medium of exchange free from the central bankers does have some merits within the global context
but any transparency that BTC has is due to its veneer like backing of gossamer not its role as central banker free, makes our Fiat currencies look like solid gold bricks.
