Forward market for mining services / accom business has been softening for last 8 - 9 months. I don't think we have reached the nadir yet.
You may want to just look at real estate sites for Karratha, and see how many for sale & for rent. Don't think bodes well for FWD business.
Balance sheet position at 30/6 will be interesting.
