You should never take your cues from share price movements on a daily basis.

The maths today are the same as yesterday and the share price over time will follow the performance of the business.

Before the mining boom, 10 to 15 years ago, manufactured housing businesses never made a profit.They simple can't compete with the local builder on price and quality in the residential housing market.

That leaves the caravan sector, lots of people took a big hair cut in 2008/09 and are now buying second hand vans on their grey nomad journey.

I do admit that FWD, if you forget the last 12 months has done well in the past but as Warren Buffet says...If past history was all their was to the game the richest people in the world would all be librarians.

What I will say is that businesses that earn $5m and pay out a dividend of $18M are not well run. That was totally irresponsible.

Personally I don't short often, it's a tough game and I am not short this stock but I can easily see it starting with a one at some stage in the future.
